SHIPPING METHODS

Deliveries are handled through DHL or DHL Express. All shipments that are sent by Mime et moi are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes outside of Germany. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

SHIPPING TIMES

We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8 am till 6 pm CET. The goods will be ready for dispatch on or after the day following your order.
